iPhones are great at reminding you of memories from 12 months ago, and with London Lane coming up near a year since we settled the land, we’re feeling a little nostalgic 😅

We owe a great deal of appreciation to the original landowners, who entrusted us off market with this purchase, including a due diligence timeframe that would make most run away!

We settled the property on the 4th November 2025, having already secured resource consent, building consent, and engineering approval acceptance 🕵️

On the evening of settlement, we had the local fire departments from around the Waikato utilise the property as a real life training facility 🔥, before the digger arrived the following morning ready for demo 👷‍♂️.

CCC was issued on the 6th July 2026, titles on the 22nd July 2026, with the first purchasers moving before the close of July ✅

We’ve well and truely moved onto the next projects, but this one will always be one to remember 🥳

Lot 1 Skylark’s Rest now unconditionally sold 🎉🥳🏡

This takes us to 50% SOLD before cladding is finished, proving to us that there is still strong demand in this market when you get the product type right 😎.

St Pauls is steaming along, with external painting underway and brickwork starting 💪.

The goal is to have this one finished by Christmas, with some of the landscaping matters flowing into 2027.

Great to check out progress at 11 St Paul’s Road, Chartwell, Hamilton yesterday evening 🏗️🏡.

What we’re building here will be quite exciting. Not because of the scale or typology, but because this site has lingered around since late 2021, having various concept plans drawn simply waiting for the right time.
