Great to be helping out on this infill subdivision in Central Blenheim.

Planned and coordinated the new service connections and then installed a second set of power, water and fibre services to allow the subdivision of this section for two new builds.

It's a busy run to Xmas from here so it was good to get away recently to support TC Developments team rider Tate at the Nelson Mini MotoX Champs.

It was a busy weekend riding in two classes over two days but Tate rode really well all weekend and managed to pick up a trophy in the trail class.

I recently got asked to speak at the Marlborough Property Investors Association monthly meeting.

It was a young guns evening for under 45 year olds to share their stories.

A bit outside my usual comfort zone but I was pleased to share our story of how we got into property and the high and lows along the way. It was also good to hear from other successful investors in the region.

Some alarming stats of how many investors are looking to leave this type of investing because it’s just got too hard.

Not us, we are in it for the long haul and keen to help others along the way
