This project explores vertical domestic living through a refined architectural language that balances density with generosity. A series of three-level townhouses is composed as layered volumes, where expanded upper-level ceiling heights and projecting balconies create moments of spatial release and connection to distant horizons. The architecture is shaped by light, proportion, and rhythm, with façades carefully modulated to mediate privacy and openness. A restrained, tactile material palette and soft tonal variation support long-term liveability, while environmental performance is embedded through orientation, daylight capture, natural ventilation, and a high-performance envelope, collectively targeting a Homestar 6 rating. The result is a calm, durable, and quietly expressive residential form.
