This property was originally renovated in 2019 by another contractor. Shortly after completion, the membrane deck/roof began leaking, resulting in significant water damage to the interior of the property.

Adron has worked closely with the architect, building surveyor and engineers to assess the extent of the damage, develop a suitable remediation solution, and obtain the required Building Consent.
