If you're ordering a magnetic lock this week, run through these three checks before it lands in the cart.

Holding force: 300kg suits most commercial doors, but always verify the door weight and frame strength first. The number on the box means nothing if the door outweighs it.

Voltage flexibility: a 12/24Vdc unit works across different power supply setups, so you're not locked into a costly swap-out down the line.
