Out of the ground, and onto the next 🤙

After plenty of winter rain, a landslip, post holes filling up with dirt, continuously pumping water away, tools falling into the sloppy mess and gumboots getting stuck i can honestly say i had a blast on this one.

With just a bit of paint to go before the big final inspection, our Konini Rd renovation is all but complete.

This was one of the more testing Reno's in the last 2 years. Honestly who ever the previous owners were, they really done a number on the integrity of this dwelling and unfortunately along with the clients we had to uncover along the way, major issues that couldn't be unseen.

Budgets got blown, unfortunately, but we're still proud of the finished result and hope the clients are happy equally.

Simple thought out changes, to internal wall layouts on this 1980's Titirangi home.

- Relocating internal French doors for a more natural flow between spaces.

- Increasing a guest bedrooms size, by reducing the wardrobe size and pushing out the passage door.
