🔹 1.SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Find new clients and business opportunities
* Generate leads for elevator, escalator, AMC and modernization projects
* Visit building owners, contractors, consultants, hotels, hospitals and other potential clients
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Lead the sales team and achieve monthly/annual targets

We prefer: Candidates with sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills. Elevator/construction industry experience is an advantage.
