I was consulted on one of the estate structures, changes where made during executions, on how the rooms are arranged.
But they’d already done all the foundations. So with the changes, they had to remove two colums, and then they ended up with a new beam.
And that new beam became a critical beam because it’s about 7.07 meters long with no column support, at both ends at all.
Engineering is like leadership, because now they’ve called me for consultation, but everything has stopped they’re just waiting for me to say what to do before they continue.
