👉🏿Exclusions and Customizations
Water Supply: Please note that borehole drilling is excluded from this fixed-price package. Should site conditions preclude borehole installation, we are available to consult on alternative water supply solutions, with costs to be negotiated separately.
Investment
Total Project Cost: N350,000,000 (Three Hundred and Fifty Million Naira).
Validity: This pricing is firm for projects initiated within the 2026–2027 calendar period.
