I told my client the cost of TMT 16mm(20,500) and he sent me this,reminding me that a length of bamboo is selling at N1,300.

Ontop he is asking if this isn't beautiful?well I'm yet to reply him 😒.

Will you be tempted to use bamboo in place of rebars if treated and verified to have even a more tensile strength?

Don't be surprised to see occupants in this delapidated building.

There is a building in this condition within Orba road,you know what,people are still busy carrying out business under it,I once tried to speak to them about the danger but they said that's where they found shop and it's in a strategic place.

Before any building collapse,they first FAIL,they do this to signal danger to it's surroundings,they do that to tell you there is a structural member that isn't capable anymore to sustain the loan imposed on it, hence crying for backup through either underpinning or maintenance depending on the structural member that has failed.

How do you know it has failed?
..visibility of STRUCTURAL CRACKS,but the funny thing is that people see this signs and still ignore it.

Then how do you differentiate a STRUCTURAL CRACK and a NONE-STRUCTURAL CRACK?>>>>>Do you people really want to know 🤔
