But smart building starts with balance, not height.

Too much roof height means:
• Higher cost
• More structural load on the foundation
• Poorer aesthetics
• Unsafe kingpost elevation

The best results come from proper roof pitch, correct wall leveling, and architectural projection angles.

Always consult an Architect before building.
