Earthworks have officially commenced on the Ikogosi Residences. Phase 2 of our master-planned community in Ikogosi, Ekiti State.
Strategically positioned at the peak of a hilly terrain, this 3-hectare enclave will require approximately 122,000 cubic metres of excavation to form 11 stable building platforms across a mountainous site.
Cut-and-fill operations are currently underway to align existing site levels with specified formation levels, establishing the critical technical foundation for the residences.
This milestone marks the next phase in the structured delivery of the Ikogosi master plan.

Designed for a housing competition, our proposal responds to challenges in Sun Valley, Denver; rising housing costs and growing climate risks, by exploring how communities can be affordable, resilient, and walkable, while reconnecting everyday life to the river.
The idea is simple: a neighborhood where daily needs are all within a comfortable 20-minute reach, designed for families, workers, students, and older residents alike.

DR. TKE PHILLIPS SCHOOL OF MUSIC
This 4-storey School of Music sits within a site complex of 10,920 sqm site, with a total floor area of 4,965 sqm roughly the size of about 70 standard classrooms spread across multiple levels, located in the heart of Lagos Mainland. Combining academic, performance, and support spaces within a well-structured institutional layout. The site also provides over 90 parking spaces, clear service zones, and organized circulation around its multiple parts.
The foundation & ground floor slabs are complete, and construction has now moved into the casting of reinforced concrete columns, marking the start of the building’s vertical rise.
