“How hard can it be?”🥲
Meanwhile, us🤣

Structural testing is more than showing up, testing, and leaving. There’s the process, the equipment, the data, the analysis and the report that helps you make the right decision.

It only looks easy when you’re not the one doing it. 😅

Wondering about the methods we use for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)? Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) is one of them.

How does UPV work?
Ultrasonic pulses are transmitted through concrete using transducers, and the travel time is measured to assess the concrete’s internal condition.

What can UPV assess?
• Concrete uniformity
• Cracks and internal defects
• Voids and honeycombing
• Deterioration
• Overall concrete quality

Why is it non-destructive?
No drilling, breaking, or removal of concrete is required. The structure remains intact and usable throughout the test.

What does the report provide?
Clients receive measured results, test locations, observations, identified anomalies, conclusions, recommendations, and applicable standards.

Comment “NDT” and we’ll send you a detailed breakdown of our NDT process, from start to finish. ✅

Reliable testing. Clear results. Informed decisions.

From the moment testing begins to the final result being recorded, every reading, observation and detail counts.

Witj Non Destructive Test, it’s not just about carrying out a test… it’s about getting reliable data that helps you understand the actual condition of a structure and make the right decision.

That’s why we take the testing process seriously, from the field to the report. Because when it comes to inspection, the smallest detail can make a big difference.
