Step 1. Buy land.
Step 2. Keep the land.
Step 3. Develop the land.
Step 4. Keep the developed land.
Step 5. Live in the development or rent it out. You could also sell the land at a profit to start again.
Step 6. Buy more land.
Step 7. Repeat step 1 to 6.
Step 8. Be willing to look foolish while following step 1-8. You may lose a few friends along the way. You may also lose your mind. Be patient.
Step 9. Trust the process.
Step 10. Prosperity becomes your reality.

This is another hustle I don't see many going into. At some point in my life, I wanted to learn this; in fact, I still want to learn it.

I heard it’s lucrative, but jobs don’t come all the time. But when they do, you will definitely see money.

A friend told me, which I am not sure if it’s true, that a day job as a driver in this caterpillar is about 80k or so.

So imagine if there is a contract, let's say for one week, multiply that 80k by that one week.

Well, I am not sure about that 80k for a day, but my own is that I truly want to learn, and if you know where I can learn how to drive and operate such, please send me a DM.

Also, this skill is open for guys who are looking for other skills to learn and do. This is a good one.

Marketing taught me a lot :

1) Business is the sustainable income.

2) Salary is a rat race (except on rare occasions where a very low percentage of people are paid enough for hefty savings ) , which keeps people on the rat wheel unless it's combined with a side hustle (business).

3) Wether you're selling knowledge, service or products , it doesn't matter , just sell something.

What happens when you produce ?

1) You will sell knowledge
2) You will sell services
3) You will sell products .

As a producer , you don't rely on other people's products before you can market , you just market your knowledge through and through.

perfection is my priority now , on God...
