One of the biggest mistakes in fish farming is overfeeding. 🐟

More feed does not always mean faster growth.

When fish are given more feed than they can consume, the leftovers decompose in the water, increasing organic waste and potentially worsening water quality.

Feed according to:

Fish size

Number of fish

Water temperature

Feeding response

Feed quality

Feed your fish wisely, not excessively.

Good feeding management saves money, protects water quality, and supports healthy growth.

Don’t just feed your fish — manage their water. 🐟💧

Good fish growth depends on more than quality feed. Poor water quality can reduce appetite, slow growth, increase stress, and even cause mortality.

Monitor:

Water color and smell

Fish feeding response

Ammonia and pH levels

Stocking density

Water temperature

Accumulation of waste at the bottom

Healthy water + proper feeding + good management = better growth and better profit.
