Process Breakdown: Four Steps to Superior Roads
Our proven method is executed with precision, layer by layer, for optimal performance
1. Wire Mesh Installation We start by securely laying a fine wire gauge mesh over the compacted sub-surface. This critical layer acts as a tension barrier, significantly helping to control cracking and providing an excellent foundation to improve the bond between the subsequent cement layers.
2. First Cement Layer (Binding Base) A precise base layer of cement is applied directly over the mesh. This step is essential for firmly binding the wire mesh into place and creating a cohesive, stable platform for the structural reinforcement to follow. |
3. Steel Reinforcement | The core of the road's strength is added here. Strategically placed steel rods (rebar) are installed. This structural framework is what gives the road its unmatched ability to withstand heavy traffic, extreme loads, and long-term mechanical stress.
4. Final Cement Layer (Finishing) The final phase involves applying the top layer of cement. This is carefully finished and cured to create a smooth, solid, and incredibly durable surface.
