BUILD TO RENT OR BUILD TO SELL? 🏗️💰
Someone said it is better to build a 2-bedroom terrace duplex, rent it out and enjoy the rental income.
That strategy can work—but I believe building and selling can be more profitable, especially when your goal is to grow your real estate capital faster.

If you build a property and sell it at a good profit, you can recover your capital at once, take your profit, and reinvest in another project.
Instead of waiting many years to recover your construction cost through rent, you can use the proceeds from one project to finance the next.
Build → Sell → Recover Capital → Reinvest → Build Again.
Of course, location, construction cost, selling price, taxes, financing and market demand all matter. But when properly planned, build-and-sell can be a powerful strategy for scaling a real estate business.
