“The Average Christian Doesn’t Think About Jesus” — Pastor Mensa Otabil Challenges Believers

Pastor Mensa Otabil has challenged Christians to examine what occupies their attention, saying many believers have become more conscious of pastors, anointing, grace and their churches than they are of Jesus Himself.

“At a certain level, you realize the average Christian doesn’t think about Jesus.”

His message is a call to bring Jesus back to the centre of our consciousness and Christian walk.

“Don’t Ever Ascribe Power to a Demon Without Ascribing Power to God” — Pastor Mensa Otabil

Pastor Mensa Otabil has challenged Christians to stop giving disproportionate attention to witches, demons and spiritual attacks while overlooking the power and presence of God.

He acknowledged that demonic activity exists, but reminded believers that divine assistance is also at work.

“You should never acknowledge demonic power without at the same time acknowledging divine power.”

Otabil emphasized that if you belong to Christ, God is for you, the Holy Spirit is for you, His angels are for you, and His Word is for you.

“Don’t ever ascribe power to a demon without ascribing power to God.”
