COME! Let me give you Tips to Hatch Successfully with MARYWHITE INCUBATOR🐣
Getting 80%+ hatchability is possible if you follow these steps. The incubator does the work, but your prep matters too.
1. Before You Set Eggs
✅ Use fresh, fertile eggs
3-7 days old max. Store at room temp, pointed end down. Turn 2x daily before setting.
✅ Select good eggs
Clean, no cracks, normal size/shape. Dirty eggs = bacteria. Don’t wash with cold water.
✅ Pre-heat the incubator
Run MaryWhite Incubator for 2-4 hours before loading eggs. This lets Temp & Humidity stabilize automatically.
2. During Incubation - Day 1 to Day 18
✅ Temperature
Set to 37.5°C / 99.5°F. The auto-control handles it, but check daily.
✅ Humidity
Keep at 50-55% for first 18 days. Add water to the tray as needed. The sensor will help regulate it.
✅ Automatic Turning
Farmergiant turns eggs automatically 🛞. No need to open it. Turning stops on Day 18.
✅ Ventilation & Power
Keep vents open a little. With multiple power options - Solar, NEPA, Generator, Gas, Car Battery for 112eggs to 33,000eggs capacity(NOTE: Car battery can only power 112eggs capacity)- Make sure you have backup so temp doesn’t drop.
3. Hatching Time - Day 18 to Day 21
✅ Lockdown Day 18
Stop turning. Increase humidity to *65-75%*. Lay eggs flat on the tray.
✅ Don’t open the incubator
Opening drops humidity and can shrink-wrap chicks. Be patient.
✅ Day 21: Hatch Day
Chicks will pip and hatch on their own. Leave them 24hrs to dry before removing.
