Avoid parapet to curtail cost

Handle the foundation stage differently to maximize cost too, many spend so much here,some foundation can work very well without some structural expenses👌

Avoid forms and sharps that demand a lot to achieve

Avoid some roofing sheet and if possible go for flat roof
