The individual was relieved of her duties following an investigation into *serious financial irregularities and fraudulent activities* in connection with her responsibilities at the organization.
Consequently, KSI Construction Company Ltd dissociates herself from any transactions, representations, commitments, or dealings made by the said individual on behalf of the organization after the effective date of their dismissal.
