Before you answer we all know that this question isnât new. Itâs actually a Bible question in disguise. Let me show you tonight how it applies directly to YOUR business dream. Stay with me. đThe Biblical Parallel
In John 1:46, when Philip told Nathanael heâd found the Messiah Jesus of Nazareth Nathanael replied:
âCan anything good come out of Nazareth?â
Then Nazareth was small, looked down on, dismissed. Nobody expected greatness from there.
But the greatest name in human history Jesus Christ came out of that ânothingâ town.
đ The question was wrong. Something good, great, and world-changing came out of a place everybody had written off.
Thatâs Nigeriaâs story too, and it can be YOUR story.The Real Question
People ask âcan anything good come out of Nigeria?â because they only see:
â Bad roads
â Unstable power
â Scam stories
â Struggling economy
â bad government
â Bad market
â Bad people
â IMPOSSIBILITY left, right and Center
But theyâre asking the wrong question. The right question is:
đ âWhat am I willing to build, DESPITE these conditions?â
Every âimpossibleâ environment in history has produced people who refused to accept the label. You can be one of them.While you are still thinking, others are making it big already, itâs Happening
Good has already come out of Nigeria, there are proof that this isnât wishful thinking:

Step 2: Start with whatâs in your hand.
Moses had a rod (Exodus 4:2). The widow of zerephat had a jar of oil (2 Kings 4:2). You have something too , your phone, a skill, your network of friends or community, your time. Including that small 50k lying idle inside your OPay
You donât need capital to start. You need to correctly use what you already have, however small it looks.

Step 3: Start small, on purpose.
âDo not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.â (Zechariah 4:10)
Sell to 5 people before you try to sell to 500. Serve 1 client excellently before you chase 100. Do that one small cake for your friends birthday, A small zobo for CYON meetings, sow your own cloth and rock your design people will ask you who the tailor isâŚSmall and consistent beats big and abandoned.

Starting is one thing. Sustaining is another. Hereâs what separates a business that lasts from one that dies in year one:
