This August, I'll be on stage at the 4th Namibia Oil and Gas Conference talking about how we make sure Namibia's oil actually pays off for Namibians.
My talk: "From Decision to Dividend: Making Namibia's Oil Work for Namibians." Not another conversation about barrels and discoveries, this one is about whether the money and opportunity actually reach the people building this country.
I'll be there as Managing Director of Tenor Investments CC, a youth-owned steel fabrication and construction company. Local content isn't a policy line item to us, it's how we pay our guys every month.
