Most contractor bosses disappear after the deal done.
The worker heads or the site supervisors take over the on ground work and ex*****on.

This is where the big issues crop up where mistakes are left unchecked and not rectified. This leads to cost over run and blowing the renovation budget and extension of time. Suddenly, main con cabut. 🤷🏽‍♂️
