🏙️ Every city has buildings that define its skyline.
Every building has a facade that defines its identity.

This is The Capitol — Kuala Lumpur.

📍 Project: The Capitol, Kuala Lumpur
🏗️ ACP Facade, Glass Curtain Wall & Canopy by BP Aluminium & Glassworks

A project like this doesn't just test technical skill — it tests whether a contractor can honour a design. The curved glass tower, the sculptural arch canopy, the geometric ACP louvre panels, the full-height curtain wall reflecting the KL sky.

Every element had to be executed with the precision the design demanded. Because when the scaffolding comes down — whatever is left is permanent. And it's visible to everyone who walks past.

We're proud to have been part of building one of KL's newest architectural statements.

🌐 When a global semiconductor giant builds in Malaysia — who do they trust with the face of the building?

We're proud to share that BP Aluminium & Glassworks was entrusted with the ACP facade works for ROHM Semiconductor — one of Japan's largest semiconductor manufacturers.

📍 Project pictured: ROHM Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

Semiconductor facilities aren't like ordinary factories. The standards are higher. The tolerances are tighter. The expectations — from a multinational head office — leave zero room for shortcuts.

That clean, seamless white ACP wrapping the building? Every panel had to align perfectly to carry a world-recognised brand with the precision it represents.

✅ Why projects like this come to us:
🔧 Precision panel alignment on a massive elevation
🦺 Strict safety & systematic install on an active industrial site
✨ Premium SEVEN® ACP — ISO 9001 & 14001 certified material
🛡️ 30+ years of trusted facade ex*****on

From local shoplots to multinational semiconductor plants — the same hands, the same standard.

☁️ Most people see KL Sentral from the ground.
We see it from the crown.

This is the rooftop of Sentral Suites — one of the most recognisable addresses in Kuala Lumpur. That row of grey aluminium louvres you see catching the sky? That's us. Panel by panel, dozens of stories above the city.

📍 Project pictured: Sentral Suites — KL Sentral (Block A, B & C)

Up here, there's no room for "good enough."

Every panel has to survive decades of wind, heat, and storms at altitude. Every joint has to align — because at this height, a 2mm error becomes visible from the street below. Every worker has to be harnessed, certified, and focused (👉 swipe to see the team in the clouds).

Three blocks. Hundreds of SEVEN® panels. One skyline that looks a little sharper now.

Next time you pass through KL Sentral — look up. 👆

🪞 Last week — a 30-story tower.
This week — a backyard glass house.

Same hands. Same standards. Wildly different scale.

🏗️ Aluminium & Glass Conservatory by BP Aluminium & Glassworks

People assume facade specialists only do "big" buildings — towers, factories, commercial blocks.

But after 30+ years, a meaningful part of our work is still in private homes:

🏡 Pool-side glass conservatories
🏡 Sunroom extensions
🏡 Aluminium pergolas & glass canopies
🏡 Folding & sliding door systems

Whether we're 90 meters above ground or 2 meters above someone's swimming pool — the principle is the same:

Cut precisely. Seal properly. Finish like it's our own home.

Because for the family living here — this *is* their everything.

🏗️ See those two workers? They're 20+ stories up.

On a swing scaffold. Holding a 4-meter curved gold ACP panel. Aligning it down to the millimeter.

Welcome to a typical day on Parc 3.

🏗️ Curved Gold ACP Facade by BP Aluminium & Glassworks

When developers design high-rises with curved facade panels, it becomes a test for the contractor:

Can you cut, fold, and install curved ACP at 90+ meters in the air — without a single visible joint defect?

We've been answering that question for 30+ years.

Brand new conversation.

Thor Specialties didn't move or expand. They just changed how clients feel when pulling into the driveway.

The old building was honest and functional.
The new one tells a different story:
"We're still here. Still investing. Still going."

🏙️ Take a walk down any old KL street…

Among rows of weathered 70s/80s shoplots, every now and then you'll spot one that just looks… different. Clean. Modern. Out of place.

Here's the thing — that building wasn't demolished and rebuilt.
It just got an ACP facade retrofit.

📍 Project pictured: UOB Branch — Pudu, Kuala Lumpur
🏗️ Retrofit by BP Aluminium & Glassworks

Same structure. Same floors. Completely different first impression.

✨ What changes after a facade upgrade:
🔹 Rental rates go up 15–30%
🔹 Property value rises immediately
🔹 Lifespan extends 15–20 years
🔹 No more repainting every 3 years

The biggest myth we hear from shoplot owners?
"ACP is for new buildings only."

Truth? Some of our most striking transformations — like this UOB Pudu branch — are on decades-old commercial lots.

Got an old shoplot looking its age? Most owners are surprised by how affordable a retrofit actually is.

🏭✨ Industrial Scale, Architectural Detail

📍 Project: Multi-Code Electronics Industries Berhad
📌 Location: Serendah Factory Development, Selangor
🏗️ Scope: ACP Facade, Canopy & Entrance Works

When a publicly listed electronics manufacturer builds a new facility, the building has to look the part — not just function as one. We delivered a large-scale Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) facade with a signature bold red entrance canopy that gives this Serendah factory a striking, modern brand identity.

The combination of grey ACP cladding, vertical louvre detailing, glass curtain wall sections, and the standout red canopy elevates this complex from "just another factory" into a confident architectural statement — reflecting the company's standing as a leading electronics player.

✅ Project Highlights:
🔧 Large-scale precision installation across multiple elevations
🦺 Safe, systematic ex*****on on an active industrial development
✨ Bold red accent canopy with seamless grey ACP integration
🛡️ Premium SEVEN® ACP (ISO 9001 & 14001 certified material)
