MCBA 2026/2027 – 2nd Council Meeting

Conducted on 30 July 2026

We successfully held the 2nd MCBA Council Meeting of 2026/2027, bringing together our Council Members to discuss the Association’s strategic direction and upcoming initiatives.

The meeting focused on strengthening member engagement, expanding business networking opportunities, and planning our upcoming Timor-Leste Business Delegation, with the goal of creating greater cross-border trade, investment, and collaboration opportunities for Malaysian businesses.

We also finalized the Organising Committee (OC) structure and assigned the respective roles and responsibilities for the upcoming Business Delegation. With the team now in place, we look forward to working closely together to ensure the success of both the Business Delegation and the Gala Dinner. We wish all committee members every success as we work together to deliver another outstanding event.

We also discussed the planning of the Cambodia International Leadership Forum (CILF) 2027, which is tentatively scheduled to be held in Cambodia during the third quarter of 2027. The forum aims to bring together business leaders, government representatives, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to foster leadership, regional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and investment opportunities across ASEAN and beyond.

A sincere thank you to all our Council Members for your active participation, valuable insights, and unwavering commitment. Together, we will continue to strengthen MCBA as a trusted platform connecting businesses and fostering meaningful regional partnerships.
