***Discover EROK***
Located on a coastal site in Pereybere, Grand Baie, in direct response to our client’s desire for a genuinely 'Mauritian' architecture, the concept for this private RES residential development is founded on the insertion of a series of stone walls along the site aligned with the magnificent sea view through a line of pine trees. The walls, composed of local grey basalt rock are a reinterpretation of stone structures that dominate the landscape of the island as well as acting as a thermal mass to cool internal spaces and create privacy and shade.

New photos released for the W House! A special thank you to our photographer Jean Bernard Adoue from Studio J, for his amazing and professional work.

You can now see the updated project of W house, private modern residence in central Mauritius, on our website. This project was also referred to as the "2 Trees house", for the concept of the house was based on the presence of two huge badamier trees at either end of the site, which established a clear north-south axis along which the central spine of the house was set.

***Discover Socota Phoenicia*** located in Mauritius.

The clients approached us with an almost derelict textile factory building and a brief to create a high quality refurbishment as the flagship of the client's developing property portfolio in Mauritius, which preserved the integrity of the existing factory but adapted for contemporary use. We developed the concept of creating a new multifunctional commercial and living centre, fully integrated and sustainable.

The Phase 1 offices, comprise 4,000 sqm offices and associated facilities and was awarded in 2012 by the World Community of Architects at the 11th WA awards.

Discover the *Boma Lodge*

Nestled on a hill overlooking a 300 degree panoramic view, the Boma Lodge combines the simplicity of an African lodge with the breathtaking site and views. Bordered by the volcanic mountain ranges of the central highlands of Mauritius, this family house opens onto the beautiful lagoon of Le Morne as a background. The vegetation, commonly called a "chassé" in Mauritius, is akin to an African bushveld with its high dry grass and acacia trees, which offers a rustic character.

Discover the *West Edge House*.

This family home's unique location, on the edge of a cliff on the west coast of Reunion Island, inspired a design that sought to unite two distinct natural experiences. On the west side, the site provided a 180° cliff edge view of the vast Indian ocean, while on the east side, a more protected view from under the shade of numerous palm trees towards the green slope of the island's indigenous countryside.
