Tips:
Always make sure there is the correct steel reinforcement in columns and beams.
Ask contractor to send you pictures of steel in columns and beams before casting concrete.
You can check if contractors are fooling you using an online video recorder.
Always keep your money with you and pay the progress of works through a BOQ.
