It had stood there longer than memory, growing through the years. Their friendship had lasted as long. Though life led them in different directions, they remained connected. Each embodied the four elements, seen in the colours they wear. The first was air—free, lifting others with her spirit. The second was water—gentle, flowing. The third burned like fire—passionate and full of warmth. The fourth stood with earth—steady, holding with quiet strength. On that day, they met again, as the sun dipped into the horizon. Ribbons flowed like living lines of their lives. This work captures the moment where memory and growth meet.

Perched high above the Aegean Sea, Santorini is a place that feels mythical. This painting is my interpretation of that timeless beauty. The stone walls and blue waters create a sense of tranquillity, while its pathways invite the imagination to wander through the island's corners. I wanted to convey the peaceful atmosphere, the warmth of the Mediterranean light, and the feeling of overlooking an endless horizon.

Two snails begin their slow, certain journey. The woman in the sky knows they are coming to have a feast on her favorite succulent, but she is calm. She places a small owl toy to guard her favorite plant. Though afraid, they continue on. Their life is a game where survival overwhelms one’s fears. It is a small world of quiet strength, where even the smallest move matters, and every journey reaches somewhere meaningful.
