Ova crkva je grobljanska gradjevina o čijoj gradnji postoji sačuvan ugovor izmedju dubrovačkih majstora …Bratstava Vujacic,Bulajic ,Vucetic I ostalih Grahovljana..1499g.. godine trudom svih grahovskih plemena kada joj je prezidana zapadna fasada sa zvonikom i prošireni prozori. Nikola je hram jednobrodne osnove sa izrazito prostranom polukružnom apsidom i jednodijelnim zvonikom . Svod je poluobličast, ojačan sa dva rebra koja se oslanjaju na dva para pilasteramedju kojima se formiraju prislonjeni lukovi. Početkom XVI vijeka crkva je živopisana uobičajenim rasporedom fresaka. Karakteristično je prisustvo kompozicije "Strašnog suda", kojoj je dato istaknuto mjesto. Razlikuje se rad dva majstora. Oko crkve Sv.
