نستعرض لكم أحد تصاميمنا المعمارية لفيلا سكنية عصرية، حيث يجسد التصميم توازنًا أنيقًا بين البساطة والحداثة من خلال تكوين كتل هندسية متداخلة تمنح الواجهة حضورًا بصريًا مميزًا. تم التركيز على إبراز المداخل والبروزات لإبراز عمق معماري يعزز من هوية المشروع، مع اعتماد خامات تجمع بين اللون الأبيض والحجر الطبيعي لتمنح الواجهة لمسة دافئة وراقية.
يعكس التصميم توازنًا بين الجمال المعماري والراحة، مع توزيع مدروس للفراغات يحقق الخصوصية والانفتاح في آنٍ واحد، بما يتماشى مع متطلبات السكن العصري.

We present one of our architectural designs for a modern residential villa. The design embodies an elegant balance between simplicity and modernity through the formation of interlocking geometric masses that give the facade a distinctive visual presence. Emphasis was placed on highlighting the entrances and projections to create an architectural depth that reinforces the project's identity. Materials combining white and natural stone were used to lend the facade a warm and sophisticated touch.
The design reflects a balance between architectural beauty and comfort, with a thoughtful distribution of spaces that achieves both privacy and openness, in line with the requirements of
modern living.
