House by the Canal – A Personalized Residence at Royal Gardens, Rajagiriya

A carefully curated material palette of timber, stone, marble, and glass defines the architectural expression of the house. These materials combine to create a warm and tactile atmosphere while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic. The glass balustrade along the canal edge reinforces visual continuity, blurring the threshold between the built form and its natural setting, and strengthening the home’s dialogue with its context.
