1. Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in highway or related infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Chartered Engineer qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in highway and ground construction projects is essential.

2. Resident Engineer
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in highway or related infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer.

3. Site Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
• NCT or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in highway or ground construction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee project ex*****on in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve technical issues, manage risks, and maintain project documentation.
• Support planning, scheduling, resource management, and HSE compliance.
Candidate Profile
• Strong knowledge of highway and infrastructure construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and under pressure.
• Committed to quality, safety, and professional ethics.
