We are pleased to share that our team successfully presented the design proposal for the Hotel Development in Tangalle at the Scoping Meeting for Coastal Conservation Department clearance.
The presentation was well received by a distinguished panel of officers from:
Coast Conservation Department, Urban Development Authority (UDA),
Central Environmental Authority (CEA), National Building Research Organisation (NBRO), Fisheries Department, Southern Provincial Council, Tangalle Local Authority, District Secretariat, National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB). This marks an important milestone in the project’s approval process. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with all relevant authorities to deliver a world-class, environmentally sensitive development for Tangalle.
