We would like to thank the Arab Architects Association for selecting Villa Venti as part of the Arab Architect Awards 2022 Ceremony held at Al-Hussein Cultural Center in Jordan. The journey we took part in allowed us to introduce our project while being exposed to other projects in the Arab World. This kind of exposure is essential as it enables us as architects to acknowledge a diversity, driven by different contextual circumstances, that shapes today's Arab Architectural Identity.

Zone 1: the double height communal area with a hovering net alongside a re-interpretation of the living wall introduces the track that absorbs the public to further reveal various events along the way. The anticipation builds up... stay tuned for the next stop along the track!

The space is an explosion of the undeniable synergy between the various teams working on the project. The extent of creative liberty Saradar Bank entrusted in us to create another state of the art, one of a kind innovative facility, provided a nurturing environment for the creative ideas of AccentDG’s team & the miticulousness of the contracting team (Berytus) made this project a success....
