Online selling exposes you to several types of buyers. My experience:
1. The silent followers. These ones follow and take screenshots. One day out of nowhere you see an order list and a request to send till number😊. We love them!
2. The ones who asks for photos and more photos. They even request for a video demo of how to use your products. Then as you are feeling as though you have nailed it, they say ..I will get back to you.😅.
3. The ones who have been conned before. These ones are the hardest to get. They treat you as a suspect from the word go. You make a mistake of confusing some details..they say thats the first red flag🥲. Can easily mess you up by kukuanika for a minor delivery issue.
4. Honorouble mention goes to the haters🤣.
Those that will never say anything or ask anything but follow you very closely. One day you mess on an order..they will all come out! I saw it coming. They also tag other haters and like every negative comment
5.Then we have those who mention you or your brand to anyone who wants to listen, hawajalipwa or anything ,they just genuine and lovely people,Mungu awabariki sana .
All clients are a potential to your business ,approach them with care at all times ,lots of patience and maturity is needed.Do not get to business with an attitude ,na feelings na emotions Wacha nyumbani .Tuchapeni kazi .
Online selling should be a course on its own at Masters level.
