*1. Aluminium Formwork Alignment* - Heavy-duty aluminium panels fixed perfectly vertical and in line. No bulging, no gaps, no honeycombs after casting. Every joint is locked and sealed for a smooth, sharp concrete finish.

*2. Props & Supports System* - Internal scaffolds, horizontal and diagonal props braced strongly to carry fresh concrete pressure. The system is stable, firm, and checked for load. Formwork will not move even a millimeter during pouring.

*3. Reinforcement & Accuracy Checked* - Steel is centered, cover blocks maintained, spacing is uniform. Formwork is positioned with line and level. We measure twice, before we cast once.

What you see happening here:

*1. Starter & Binder Bars In Progress* - Vertical starter bars are fixed straight, well-aligned and properly lapped. Horizontal binders are tied tightly at correct spacing. This is the skeleton that will hold your retaining wall / basement wall strong for decades.

*2. Accurate Spacing & Alignment* - Every reinforcement grid is checked with tape. No bending, no sagging, no guesswork. Steel remains straight as designed by the Engineer.

*3. Aluminium Formwork Materials Being Prepared* - Alu panels, props, scaffolds and accessories are being arranged ready for er****on. We ensure panels are clean, straight and oiled for a smooth, perfect finish after casting.
