Full titanium treatment for an old school machine 💪🏻

New exhaust developed for the Fantic 305, keeping the original routing and overall layout but completely reworked as a true expansion chamber….

The diffuser starts directly from the cylinder, then the pipe is split into two sections for easy installation and fully plug & play with the bike….

Is also developed a dedicated carbon fiber heat shield for the exposed area of the chamber close to the rider’s right ankle and kickstarter, will be showed soon with the installation pics 😉

A new batch of V4 Vertigo Nitro headers ready for the UK 💪🏻

All titanium construction, in natural and blue anodized finish….

V4 features an intermediate length between the V1 Long Curve and V3 High Curve, with a continuously progressive divergent section from the inlet…

These seven are heading to Camio Moto 🇬🇧 — thanks again for the continued trust and collaboration 😉

Simonini 250 paramotor full titanium exhaust on the table today 💪🏻

Completely designed and handmade in titanium, CNC self centering machined fittings and carbon fiber/titanium muffler…

Total weight: just 1428 g — almost 1/3 of the original exhaust!

The expansion chamber geometry has been specifically designed not only to save weight, but also to optimize engine performance.

As always, maximum attention to performance, weight and aesthetics… MP style 😉

Back home from the last week 2025….

Honored to be part of such great event, where fabricators, welders, designers meets the best equipment brands, in a very friendly environment…

We have welded together, speaking about techniques, machines and new technologies, of course of future projects….

I’ve had the possibility to show some of mine works, very happy about the interest raised 💪🏻

In the stand shared with was possible test some of the TIG and MIG machines, in a super organized area with of course a .welding table, aspirator….

Was a pleasure meets in person welding friends , hope to see you again early 😉

Really a special thanks to .giom .panozzo9 and all the Arroweld staff to give me the possibility to be there 😉
