The Maroso Company was founded in 1969 by its founder Maroso Francesco in a handicraft context with its centre in Pianezze (Vicenza-Italy). The always increasing production and technology lead the Maroso company to become an industrial context, which approximately 25 years ago has begun the production of AUTOCLAVES, heat exchangers, steam generators and general tested carpentry. In the historical headquarters of Pianezze, Maroso now occupies 2.500 covered square meters in a total area of 16.000 square meters. The specialization dedicated to the AUTOCLAVES has been steadily increasing and progressively extended so much to reach nowadays to the highest level of the worldwide production as for technology, quality and economy in different fields such as COMPOSITES POLYMERIZATION, Glass stratification, Rubber vulcanization, Marble transformation, Food treatings. Ever since the realization of the first prototype of AUTOCLAVE, our philosophy has been to grant the highest qualitative level, answering to the specific applications and offering to the customer the best possible services, either technical and commercial. The quality of our AUTOCLAVES is guaranteed from the standard realizations and from rigorous tests executed by qualified technical staff by means of appropriate calibrations during all the phases of the production. Moreover, the applied procedures assure the conformity of every component according to the technical specifications required from the customer. Using the experience grown up in several years and in the different industrial sectors, our autoclaves production was extended to different sectors as:
• The glass sector which use the autoclaves for the glass lamination: flat glass, curved glass and special glass both tempered and toughened glass which is addressed to several fields as: building, safety, internal architectural, car glass etc.
• The COMPOSITE sector for field as: AUTOMOTIVE, AEROSPACE, AERONAUTICAL, NAVAL , WIND and LEISURE and SPORTS. The main purpose of the use of the carbon fibre is the polymerization of light materials to obtain maximum resistance and light.
• The Rubber sector, in which the autoclaves are used for the polymerisation of tyres and reconstruction of rubber cylinders,
• The Impregnation field which us the autoclaves for process of drying and impregnation of different materials as: marble, wood, metals, electrical components,
• The Food field for the sterilization and the pasteurization.
• Different sectors basing on special applications of the customers.
