On this project, we didn't simply repaint the walls. We restored the affected surfaces properly and addressed the problem at its source.

Ein weiterer Auftrag, eine weitere Verpflichtung, die wir bis zum Ende erfüllen. 👷‍♂️

Diesmal arbeiten wir mit Trockenbau und Dämmung. Aber egal, ob es sich um eine einzelne Wand oder eine komplette Renovierung handelt – unsere Arbeitsweise bleibt immer gleich:

geplante Zeitabläufe, vereinbarte Kosten und direkte Verantwortung bis zur endgültigen Übergabe.

📍 As promised, here are a few tips for those who have a project in mind in Sardinia.

In recent years, more and more people have started looking at this island not only as a holiday destination, but as a place to invest, buy a home, or start a new chapter of their lives.

Sardinia offers quality of life, extraordinary landscapes and still many real estate opportunities.
But it is also a place with local regulations, technical dynamics and timing that are important to understand well before making decisions.

The simplest advice I can give is this:
take time to get informed, visit the area, speak with people who actually work here, and understand how construction sites, permits and renovations really work.

A project that is well planned from the beginning avoids many problems later on.
