Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Engineer to develop, manage, and maintain an integrated database and digital information system for our steel melting and rolling mill. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a centralized database platform to support all company departments, ensuring data integrity, cybersecurity, system reliability, and efficient information flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain a centralized company database.
* Create an integrated ERP/MIS environment connecting all departments.
* Develop and manage databases for:
* Production and Process Data
* Maintenance Management (CMMS)
* Inventory and Spare Parts
* Purchasing and Procurement
* Quality Control and Laboratory
* Human Resources and Payroll
* Sales and Customer Management (CRM)
* Finance and Accounting
* Energy Consumption Monitoring
* Asset Management
* Document Management and Engineering Drawings
* Integrate shop-floor data with production systems.
* Develop dashboards and reporting tools for management.
* Ensure database security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
* Maintain servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
* Support barcode and RFID systems for inventory management.
* Coordinate with automation and electrical departments to collect process data.
* Develop AI and Business Intelligence tools for performance analysis.
* Provide technical support and training to employees.
* Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data protection.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration and industrial IT systems.
* Experience in steel plants, heavy industries, or manufacturing companies is preferred.

* Familiarity with Industrial IoT (IIoT) technologies.
