Consistency is the true test of principles.

Muneer Najar It is easy to speak about morality, respect, and social responsibility when pointing fingers at others. The real challenge begins when those same standards apply to ourselves.

For a long time, many people appreciated Muneer Najar's stance against content he considered inappropriate or harmful to society. That position earned respect because it appeared to be based on values rather than convenience.

However, values lose their meaning when they become selective.

The use of the audio of Maulana Muhammad Owais Ahmad Qadri (Hafizahullah) in a manner that many consider disrespectful raises an important question: should the standards we demand from others not first be reflected in our own actions?

Accountability is not for a chosen few. If we believe in a principle, it should remain the same regardless of who is involved.

As Kashmiris and as members of the Ummah, disagreements will always exist, but the dignity and respect of our scholars should never become conditional or situational.

In the end, people remember actions more than words, and practice speaks louder than preaching.
