With a clear vision to build a ₹500 Crore Industrial EPC & Turnkey Construction organization, we are inviting an experienced leader who can combine ex*****on strength, commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:

✅ 12–20 years of experience in Industrial EPC, Turnkey Construction or Infrastructure Projects
✅ Strong techno-commercial and business development capabilities
✅ Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with P&L ownership
✅ Experience in vendor management, subcontracting, compliance and EHS
✅ The ability to build systems, strengthen governance and lead high-performing teams

This is a role with real ownership. You will be expected to lead operations, drive new business, improve project profitability, strengthen organizational systems and help shape the company’s long-term growth.

For centuries, the Pandharpur Wari has been more than a pilgrimage. It is a living tradition of faith, discipline, service, and togetherness.

Every year, lakhs of Warkaris walk hundreds of kilometres towards Pandharpur with devotion in their hearts. Despite the immense scale of this journey, the Wari continues to stand as a remarkable example of peaceful coexistence, collective responsibility, and selfless service.

Along the route, countless individuals dedicate themselves to serving others by offering food, water, medical care, guidance, cleanliness, and safety. These acts may seem simple, but they embody the very essence of devotion.

It reminds us that Shri Vitthal is not only found in the temple, but in every hand that serves. We bow in gratitude to every such form of Shri Vitthal, whose selfless service keeps this sacred tradition alive, year after year.
