This is how it is planned after completing 1 tower RCC construction using aluminum formwork to the next tower of same or other project.

1.Shifting to ground level.
2.Cleaning(Acid wash, water jet.,,etc.)
3.Protective coating application.
4.Shifting to new tower/site(Item wise, size wise in segregated manner).
5. At same time designing and engineering for reusing for new tower.

We have helped our beloved Mumbai based client in reusing material from previous project and with new panels if required.
We shall post you updated on this project further activities.

A project based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Had few challenges.

1. Non typical floor casted in 2 jumps as floor height was different(Higher) than typical floor with extra support from site team.

2. Too many elevations grooves and features.

And client achieved it efficiently with good results on concrete surface using Hyundai Aluminum formwork.
