We’re excited to share glimpses from the Vastu Pooja ceremony of our latest project.

A milestone built on the foundation of our client’s trust, satisfaction, and unwavering confidence in us.

BEFORE : The client explained that the building had a total side area (20x4 ft) with a narrow access of (1 ft) with (15x3ft) of staircase with a toilet below which makes the first floor difficult to access and unsuitable for residents. An earlier attempt he installed a steel staircase of (0.75 ft) as an alternative, which is failed to meet the needs of residents, particularly for safely transporting heavy items. As a result, This rental space remained vacant for several months. The client approached us to develop a practical solution that would improve accessibility, lift and to transfer things for living, enhance comfort for future tenants, and enable rental income generation.

EX*****ON : We designed and implemented a custom staircase within a (13x4 ft) which is optimized for both comfort and functionality. The new structure provides safe and easy access to the first floor while allowing the convenient movement of heavy items.

AFTER : This upgrade has transformed the previously unused space into a livable and rental-ready area, meeting both the client’s practical needs and revenue goals.

Your satisfaction is our primary goal to level up.
