In order to fit in the corporate culture, the Proprietor and the Promoters of Varaha Construction Company formed a Public Limited Company named ‘Varaha Infra Limited (VIL)’ incorporated on 11.04.2008 by Mr. Mufat Singh Rao and his other family members. The Company has been incorporated to undertake infrastructure activities like Construction, Maintenance, Up-gradation of Roads, BOT Projects, Bridges, and Railways. The Company has taken over business, and assets of M/s Varaha Construction Company.
