Jaidayal Dalmia had established "OCL" company in the year of 1951 at Rjagangpur, Sundargarah. Konark cement is most popular not only in Orissa but also out side of the state. To fulfill the customer needs and satisfaction, this organization has expand its unit at Biswali, Tangi of Cuttack District, which is only 7km. The name of this new unit is “Kapilash Cement Manufacturing Works”. This project

started in the year of 2006 and commissioned of plant in the year of 2008, with the Capacity of 1.35 million ton per annum. Kapilas Cement Manufacturing Works is a newly set up stand-alone grinding unit for manufacturing Portland Slag Cement as per IS 455-1989.Now also the product of this company got the ISI, BIS .
