Our studio contains a magnificent and eclectic collection of natural stones carefully chosen from various parts of the world. from the ethereal Italian marble and spectacular granites to the esoteric array of semi precious, our stone portfolio aims to push the boundaries of aesthetic and imagination. ANANDA is a celebration of architecture shaped through natural materials and a profound sense of place. Rooted in an Indian design language, the home embraces a thoughtful interplay of architecture, interiors, and landscape, creating spaces that feel warm, timeless, and deeply connected to their surroundings.

For architect Sowmya Manne, the vision was to create a home that celebrated the richness of Indian materiality. Through a carefully considered palette of textures, finishes, and natural elements, every detail was chosen to evoke authenticity, allowing the architecture to feel both contemporary and deeply rooted.

Natural stone becomes an integral part of that expression, enriching the home with depth, permanence, and character. From thoughtfully selected materials to bespoke solutions crafted for the project, every surface reflects a commitment to timeless design and enduring craftsmanship.

Material Dialogue

Within the broader material palette, sandstone and granite play a quiet but important role—sandstone grounding the lower levels with warmth and texture, and granite marking the upper transition with clarity and precision. The pairing supports the architecture without overpowering it.

Rainbow International School reimagines learning through a climate-responsive, three-storey structure oriented north–south and organised around a skylit central spine. Kota Green stone and locally sourced Tandur Yellow limestone define floors, edges, and transitions — transforming heat into thermal comfort while giving the campus a calm, tactile, and distinctly rooted architectural character. Classrooms open to shaded courtyards; bridges and niches foster informal learning.

The 83,500 ft² structure is embedded with the idea of practical learning, offering students the space and liberty to evolve — where movement becomes discovery, pause becomes reflection, and the architecture quietly recedes so curiosity, imagination, and growth can gently take its place.
