𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂.

Today, as I reflect on our journey, one thought stands above every achievement:

No success is built alone.

Over the last 10 years, we have successfully completed 185 projects. From a small beginning to a growing organization, every milestone has been made possible because of people who stood with us when the path ahead was uncertain.

The parents who sacrificed for us.
The employees who gave their dedication beyond duty.
The vendors who trusted and supported us.
The clients who gave us opportunities before others did.
The mentors who guided us with wisdom and encouragement.

While buildings, factories, and businesses can be measured in numbers, the people who helped build them cannot.

As we celebrate 185 completed projects, I choose to celebrate the hands that lifted us, encouraged us, trusted us, and believed in us.

Gratitude is the foundation of lasting success.

Never forget the hands that raised you. Honour them. Appreciate them. Remember them.

Because behind every successful entrepreneur, company, and achievement are countless people who made that success possible.

A company can buy machines.
A company can construct factories.
A company can raise capital.

But one thing cannot be bought…

A committed team.

Over the years, I have learned that business growth is not driven by infrastructure, technology, or turnover alone.

A great strategy without a great team will fail.
A great team without a perfect strategy will still find a way to win.

Every drawing approved, every weld completed, every truck dispatched, and every project delivered is the result of people working together with a shared vision.

From a small office in 2015 to a 3+ acre manufacturing facility today, our greatest achievement is not the buildings we have constructed—it’s the team we have built.

The true strength of a company is not in its balance sheet. It is in the people who stand behind it every day.

Elshaddai Engineering is looking for an experienced 𝗤𝗔/𝗤𝗖 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 with 𝟭𝟬+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards across fabrication and site ex*****on.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✔ Develop and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, and checklists
✔ Review GA, fabrication, and er****on drawings for quality compliance
✔ Conduct inspections during fabrication, including cutting, welding, drilling, and painting
✔ Verify material quality through Mill Test Certificates (MTCs)
✔ Monitor welding activities, including WPS/PQR compliance and welder qualifications
✔ Perform stage inspections and final inspections before dispatch
✔ Conduct site inspections during er****on, alignment, bolting, and cladding works
✔ Identify NCRs and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
✔ Coordinate with project, fabrication, and site teams to resolve quality issues
✔ Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records
✔ Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as IS, AISC, ASTM, etc.
✔ Support client and consultant inspections and audits

✔ 10+ years of relevant QA/QC experience
