Here's how it works structurally: steel panels are roll-formed on-site to the exact curve radius required for your span. They're mechanically seamed using a hook-and-hem system β no bolts, no holes, no sealant β creating one continuous, unified arch. The arch converts gravity loads into compressive forces that travel along the curve and discharge at the perimeter structure. No internal supports needed.
For larger facilities, multiple arches are combined. Length is achievable in virtually unlimited increments.
